Refund Policy
Refunds and Cancellations
The Center for Reading and Dyslexia (CRD) is committed to providing high-quality educational services and maintaining consistent scheduling for students, families, schools, and other clients. Because appointment times, intervention spaces, and professional services are reserved in advance, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.
Student Intervention Services
Monthly intervention tuition reserves a student's recurring appointment times and is due on the first day of each month. Because these times are held specifically for the student, tuition is not adjusted or refunded for absences, missed sessions, scheduled school holidays, or other days the student does not attend. The Center does not guarantee make-up sessions for missed appointments.
Other Services and Cancellations
Fees paid for consultations, assessments, professional development, and other services are non-refundable once the service has been provided. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, CRD requests at least 24 hours' notice. If CRD must cancel a scheduled service, the appointment will be rescheduled or, when appropriate, a refund or credit will be provided.
