These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Center for Reading and Dyslexia (CRD) website and the services offered by CRD. By using this website, scheduling services, or engaging CRD for educational services, you agree to these terms. Specific services may also be subject to additional agreements, policies, or consent forms provided at the time services are arranged.
Educational Services
CRD provides educational services including literacy consultations, assessments, intervention, professional development, coaching, and related educational support. Services are designed to support literacy development and improve educational outcomes. CRD does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical diagnoses.
Scheduling, Payments, and Client Responsibilities
Appointments and recurring intervention times are reserved specifically for each client. Fees and tuition are due according to the payment terms provided when services are arranged. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, providing accurate information, and communicating changes in a timely manner. Policies regarding cancellations, missed sessions, refunds, and credits are outlined in CRD’s Refund Policy. CRD reserves the right to modify schedules, services, fees, or policies when necessary and will communicate significant changes to affected clients.
